No, the spa team has been notified of your visit in advance

Yes, this service is included. There is no additional charge for access.

Your access to the Spa normally begins when your room is ready at 3.30 pm.

The ‘Early Check-in’ option, available at an additional cost, allows you to access the Spa from 9.00 am, with lunch at Calixte included.

You can enjoy the Spa until your check-out time, which is 11.00 am, or 12.00 pm for the various suite categories. The ‘Late Check-out’ option allows you to extend your access until 5.00 pm, including lunch at Calixte.

Guests staying at the hotel can use the Family Pool area from 7.00 am.

The entire Nature Spa and all the saunas are open from 9.00 am to 7.30 pm.

The Nature-Spa is reserved for guests over the age of 15.

Children under 15 can enjoy the Family Pool Area, which features a pool, a hot tub, a sanarium, heated loungers, a stainless-steel infinity pool, and a relaxation area.

Children must remain under adult supervision.

Day Spa bookings can only be made online via our website, under the ‘Book your Day Spa’ section.

To ensure your comfort, we are deliberately limiting the number of visitors to the Nature-Spa. Booking is therefore essential.

Bookings can also be made online. Simply enter your gift voucher number when making your booking.

Yes, up to a maximum of 8 people.

The Nature-Spa is reserved for guests aged 15 and over. The Family Pool area is open to children under 15, provided they are accompanied by an adult at all times.

There is no specific rate for children.

No. Pets are not allowed at the Nature-Spa.

Bookings can be made for a period of two years, subject to the terms and conditions set out on the voucher.

An expired voucher cannot be extended or refunded.

No. Payment for the Day Spa is made online at the time of booking.

Holiday vouchers can be used on site to pay for your extras. Whether they can be used to pay for the Day Spa online depends on the payment methods available at the time of your booking.

Your booking can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 3 days before your visit, by 12.00 noon, exclusively by email to reservation@cheneaudiere.com.

After this deadline, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

Cancellation insurance can be taken out at an additional cost at the time of booking.

We provide you with a bathrobe, towels, slippers, a carry basket and a cup.

Shower gel, shampoo and a hairdryer are also available in the changing rooms. So all you really need to bring is your swimming costume.

Yes. The changing rooms are mixed-use but have individual shower cubicles and changing cubicles.

Yes. You will be allocated a secure locker as part of your Day Spa experience. It is operated using the wristband you are given on arrival.

Yes. The Nature-Spa is accessible to people with reduced mobility, although unfortunately some facilities are not.

Please let us know your requirements when you make your booking.

Yes. Swimming shorts are permitted.

Swimsuits, however, are not permitted for hygiene reasons.

No. A swimsuit is compulsory. For hygiene reasons, underwear – whether worn on its own or under a swimsuit – is not permitted.

No. Visible nudity is not permitted within the spa.

However, you may remove your swimwear provided you remain covered by a towel.

Yes. Access to the hotel’s private car park, which is monitored by CCTV, is included in your stay.

Charging points for electric vehicles are also available, subject to an additional charge.

Yes, but we would be grateful if you could help maintain the peace and tranquillity of the premises.

Please switch your mobile to silent mode and make any calls outside the spa areas. Fibre-optic Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

You can book your treatments directly on our website or contact us by email. Our treatment menu is also available online.

Yes, we strongly recommend that you do so, as we cannot guarantee that a slot will be available on the same day. As part of a Day Spa package, your treatment must be carried out during the hours covered by your access.

Yes, subject to availability of one of our duo treatment packages.

Yes, subject to availability, excluding weekends and public holidays.

No. Booking a treatment on its own does not include access to the Nature-Spa facilities.

Yes. Some treatments are specifically tailored for expectant mothers and can be carried out between the 4th and 8th months of pregnancy.

For safety reasons, other treatments are not carried out during pregnancy.

Yes. An appointment can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the appointment, by emailing spa@cheneaudiere.com.

Lunch is served in the Le Calixte lounges as a large buffet with live cooking, from 12.15 pm to 2.30 pm.

As lunch is automatically included in your Day Spa package, you will receive an email before your visit allowing you to select your preferred time slot.

Available from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm in the Calixte lounges, this buffet offers a selection of homemade and locally produced treats, inspired by the sweet treats of childhood.

Yes. A dressing gown and slippers are perfectly acceptable at Le Calixte during the day.

However, you must keep your dressing gown on at the table, unless you are wearing a top that covers your shoulders.

Yes. The Nature-Spa bar is open every day from 11.00 am to 7.00 pm.

For safety reasons, all glassware used at the Spa is made exclusively from plexiglass.

Yes, during the day. From 6.00 pm onwards, we ask that you do not enter the main bar or dining areas whilst wearing a bathrobe.

No. Your drinks and purchases are added to your guest account and settled at reception when you check out.

No. Food and drink brought in from outside are not permitted at the Nature-Spa.

Water fountains offering still and sparkling spring water are available free of charge at various locations.

For hygiene reasons, food and drink from the buffets must not be taken into the spa areas either.
