Yes. The ‘Early Check-in’ option allows you to access the Nature-Spa from 9.00 am, including lunch at Calixte, before checking into your room at 3.30 pm. This option is available at an additional cost, subject to booking and availability.

Yes. The ‘Late Check-out’ option allows you to extend your access to the Nature-Spa until 5.00 pm, including lunch at Calixte. This option is available at an additional cost, subject to booking and availability.

Yes. Access to the Nature-Spa is included in your room rate for the duration of your stay.

Yes. La Cheneaudière is open every day of the year (except during the annual maintenance closure, which usually lasts 2 to 3 weeks in March).

Reception is open from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm. Between 11.00 pm and 7.00 am, a night watchman is on duty at the premises.

Yes. La Cheneaudière has a private car park, most of which is covered, accessible 24 hours a day and monitored by CCTV. At night, the car park is closed off by a gate that can be opened using your room card.

Yes. Parking is included in the price of your stay.

Yes. Our car park has 13 charging points ranging from 11 to 22 kW, as well as 25 standard electrical sockets. Charging is available at a rate of €25 per charge.

Yes. Children are welcome at the hotel. The Nature-Spa is reserved for guests aged 15 and over.

Younger children have access to a dedicated Family Pool area and must be supervised by an adult.

Yes. Dogs are welcome in most of our accommodation, at a rate of €50 per day per pet. However, they are not permitted in the Les Cimes, Les Capucines and Costelle Top Suites.

Yes. Pets kept on a lead or in a suitable cage are allowed in our dining areas. However, they are not permitted in the Nature-Spa.

Yes. In order to confirm and secure your booking, a deposit equal to the cost of the service booked is required. Payment is made directly by credit card online or via a secure payment link for bookings made through our team.

Excluding non-cancellable/non-refundable offers and stays subject to special conditions, your booking may be cancelled or amended up to 12.00 noon, five days before your arrival date. After this deadline, any deposit paid will be retained.

Any cancellation request must be made in writing to La Cheneaudière.

Yes. We can arrange your transfer by car with a private chauffeur, including from Schirmeck or Strasbourg railway stations and Strasbourg-Entzheim Airport. Bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance. For any other railway station or airport, please contact our team.
