Cancellation policy
The reservation can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 5 days prior to arrival by 12 (noon) local time. After this time, the total number of nights reserved will be charged.
Example : a night booked for Saturday can be cancelled free of charge, if notice is given by the previous Monday at 12 noon.
In the event of no-show, the entire stay -including ancillary booked services (dinner, spa-treatment ...)- will be charged as cancellation fees.
Any request for cancellation shall be made in writing.
In the event of administrative closure imposed by the authorities and linked to the Covid-19 pandemic, the deposit paid will be transformed into a 'credit note' of the same amount valid for 12 months. If at the end of 12 months you have not found new booking dates, you can request a full refund of the sums advanced.
Specific conditions for reservation from 5 rooms :

Specific conditions for New Year's Package and Christmas holidays from December 24th to 26th:
For cancellation:
- by October 31st : 100% refund of the deposit
- between November 1st and 15th : 70% refund of the deposit
- between November 16th and 30th: 30% refund of the deposit
- After December 1st: No refund of the deposit

For group bookings of 5 rooms or more, dinner is to be taken at the hotel restaurant.
Reservations for spa treatments can be cancelled or modified up to 72 hours before the treatment date. Beyond that time, the treatments booked will be charged. Any delay will be deducted from the treatment time.
